Grass Tree Kitchen

Grass Tree Kitchen is a cooking school held in a home environment in a unique converted bakery at Deagon. They use mostly domestic appliances and equipment that you would have in your home, so you will be able to recreate the dishes and impress with your newly learned skills.
Local and visiting chefs present classes which can be demonstration-only; hands-on; and often a combination of both.
Most classes run for approximately three hours with a maximum of 14 people.
They classes cover many regions, from Taste Of Asia to Italian Pasta and topics like Seafood Delights. I am sure that the Dessert and Pastry classes are a real winner with the knowledge and skills of the resident chef to learn from.
