As I am a Foodie at heart, a gift of a cooking class would make me very happy. So far I have attended an Indian Cooking Course through the Tafe and a Pasta Making Course at Vanilla Zulu in Brisbane. The Tafe course was one night a week for 6 weeks and was obviously an in depth look at Indian cuisine. The Pasta Making Course was a 3 hr class where we got to enjoy what we had cooked at the end. I enjoyed both classes very much and aspire to do many more.
